An New Era from Tea Production to Brew Tea- When Technology Combine with Tea Beverage Industry科技製茶、科技萃茶、新鮮現泡

The Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan and the Tea Research and Extension Station have joined hands with KLub Technology Co., Ltd. to initiate an industry innovation alliance. The newly set Tea Beverage Innovation Center will transform traditional tea drinking culture into the popular hand-shaken tea beverage. Upholding the concept of "Extract fresh tea on demand", the alliance aims to bring Taiwan's tea into the international market and achieve further success.為迎接年輕化、多元化與國際化的茶飲市場浪潮，行政院農委會茶業改良場攜手 Frastea 等民間力量共同推動產業創新，於 2021 年底正式揭牌成立具指標性的「茶飲創新中心」。中心以將傳統「飲茶」轉型為現代「茶飲」為目標，不僅提供專業的調飲研習場域，更以台灣在地茶葉及草本作物為基底，結合 Frastea「科技萃茶、杯杯現萃、杯杯新鮮」的創新理念，共同投入新式茶飲配方與產製技術開發，引領台灣茶業接軌國際、再創佳績！
